Receptionists - currently hiring for full-time receptionist/patient care coordinator

Our patient care coordinators are the heart of our relationships with clients who entrust us with the precious pets. Not only are you speaking with them on the phone, your welcoming them into our compassionate veterinary care. We believe that our patient care coordinators are our gatekeepers and heart of our team! You are the center of the top notch veterinary care and client service that our clients have come to rely on. Responsibilities include opening procedures, scheduling appointments, answering the telephone with a multi-line system, setting up new clients and patients and maintaining their files, preparation and maintenance of medical records, invoicing clients and receiving payment, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance.  Cornerstone experience a big plus.

Veterinary Technicians - We are currently taking applications for upcoming position

Technicians are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, diagnostic imaging, client education, medical procedures, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, monitoring anesthetic and assisting in the operating room, and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.

Veterinary Assistants - We are currently interviewing for an open position.

Are you someone who loves pets and their people? In this position, you will be the right hand person to both your doctor and veterinarian technician. Providing help to care for all the patients at Oak Hills Veterinary & Salem Cat Clinic. Every pet deserves kind, compassionate and thorough care while in our care! Assistants provide support to both doctors and technicians and are responsible for animal care and handling, hospital maintenance, client education, diagnostic imaging, setting up for and cleaning up after surgical procedures, equipment maintenance, medical records, stocking of inventory, bathing and grooming, cleaning, laundry, waste disposal, and some laboratory procedures.

Associate Veterinarian  - Currently accepting applications for both full and part-time veterinarian
