Welcome To Our Clinic!

As a new client of Oak Hills Veterinary & Salem Cat Clinic located in West Salem you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs.

When you arrive, you will be greeted warmly, and checked into your appointment.

One of our veterinary technicians will take you into a room and start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering insight for the doctor.

Then, a veterinarian will perform an in-room examination while explaining exam findings and recommendations. Our veterinary team wants to ensure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing and services recommended, so a technician will go over a treatment plan for the visit. This is a great time to ask questions, and you will be able to choose which services you would like performed.

After the appointment has concluded, the doctor will go over your pet's exam report card and any further questions you may have. Finally, our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up.

Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where there is unexpected delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
